മുംബൈ: മൊബൈലിലൂടെ ബാങ്കിങ് ഇടപാടുകള്‍ നടത്താനുള്ള പരിധി നിയന്ത്രണം റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് നീക്കി. പ്രതിദിനം 50,000 രൂപ എന്ന പരിധിയാണ് റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് എടുത്തുനീക്കിയത്. ഇനി മുതല്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ക്ക് സ്വയം ഇതിനുള്ള പരിധി നിശ്ചയിക്കാനാകും എന്നാണ് കേന്ദ്ര ബാങ്കിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശം. 2009 ഡിസംബറിലാണ് പ്രതിദിന മൊബൈല്‍ ഇടപാടുകളുടെ പരിധി 50,000 രൂപയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചത്. മൊബൈല്‍ ബാങ്കിങ്ങിന് രാജ്യത്ത് അതിവേഗം പ്രചാരമേറുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ ഇതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണിപ്പോള്‍ . ഇന്റര്‍ ബാങ്ക് മൊബൈല്‍ സേവനങ്ങള്‍ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന നാഷണല്‍ പേമെന്റ് കോര്‍പറേഷന്‍ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയും ഇത്തരം സേവനങ്ങള്‍ വിപുലമാക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ആര്‍ബിഐയുടെ പ്രസ്താവനയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടില്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്കുപോലും മൊബൈലിലൂടെ ബാങ്കിടപാടുകള്‍ നടത്തുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഈ നടപടികള്‍ .
